Need Good Investment RE Agent In Chicago
Help, I need to find an excellent full time RE agent in Chicago with extensive investment property experience on the northside. This person should also own investment properties and have at lots of experience with both apartement buidlings and small rental properties.
I am simply too busy to find what I need on my own right now. I have lots of experience with purchases and don't need someone to hold my hand, just someone to scour the MLS and pre-screen properties for me. Please help me if you know someone good! Thanks!!!
(also please don't recommend someone because they are your brother in law and a really nice guy) 
You should try the bird dog forum. I have seen a couple in there in Chicago, not sure if its in that area though. Unfortunately, I dont have a brother in law to suggest to you.
