Minimum Space To Be Called A Unit?
What is the minimum space requirements needed to be to be considered a unit, ex..more than 200 sq ft? (Residential Rental) Minimum requirements... shared water and electric, separate entrance attached to structure. Not a shed or garage.

You probably need to check with your local building dept? Is this a legal unit, or a room in a house?
