Hi all.
I have 9 L/O properties in the Treasure Valley area of Idaho (7 rented and 2 empty) that I am looking to assign to other investors. Most will cash out in under 3 years. Total back-end profit of approx. $158,000. I'm looking to make someone a very happy investor.
My question is, is there a place on this website where I can place my ad for these?
