I posted this on a few other boards I moderate on.
How I did it was when a couple of posters on these boards where just plain Board Hustling, I pulled them up and posted the e-book. Basically if you are going to sell on the boards learn how without being so damn obvious.
Seems that Blogs are becoming the popular thing for promoting and sales, been looking at some things WordPress has to offer as it is free and I have a few sites up using it now.

There have been no shortage of blatant attempts here- I just delete them with no comment until they repeat it a few times.
A fair number of subtle marketing posts also- which I tend to let slide if they can be seen as just informative posts...
But this would be an amusing response to those blatant attempts! I certainly laughed!
