How To Find Out Who A Mortage Holder Is On A Repo
Has anyone ever heard of Century 21 Mortgage in Tampa Flordia? There is a repo that I am interested in sitting on a reop lot in South Carolina. The only info I could get was century 21...the lot manager is not helpful for unknow reasons and I would like to bypass him. Thanks, Peedee
Try your local title department, or whomever processes automobile titles, and give them the name of the owner or the VIN# on the MH. The lienholder, if any, should be listed and needs to sign off on it to release anyway.
