Depends on your state. You should file a judgement against the payor who has defaulted. Then you should go thru your states court system (probably circuit court) to get the right to get the home back. Hopefully you have all the proper docs in order for the courts. I.E. MH agreement, note agreement, eviction notices, etc. Good luck,
