Marketing To Home Builders
I'm trying to market to homebuilders and small developers who want to develop land for spec housing and maybe get a deal (for flipping) before they list the property. Any suggestions in reaching these people (cheap marketing efforts), other than joining or networking RE groups. What list criterias are available to profile these builders. Also, will this marketing work in a hot market like CA?
Why dont you just call some? Im in the boat of dirrect marketing works best.

go to the local building department ask for a list of such people, pick up the phone.
