One of the big problems I see over and over
is the fact that RE/investment books
assume that the reader has a working
knowledge of real estate.
One of the best books I have seen
is 'All America's Real Estate'. It may be
out of print but this is 600 pages of
great info on how and why real estate
works.
Has anyone used some of the lease
option books with 'real world success'?
