What can a buyer do if there is a Lease with Purchase Option agreement, but the seller decides not to sell anymore? :-?

You didn't say when the deal was signed
If it was just recently, let it go. We are trying to help out people and make money for ourselves. Sometimes people change their mind. But if you have been making ANY payments, or put legitimate money into this,

    Call your lawyer.

Have him send out a little reminder letter about how this was a legally binding agreement and you lived up to your side of the agreement (I'm assuming you did)
    so he should as well.
If he doesn't the lawyer will sue and you will have the guy for breakfast.
