i am new to the game and i know i need all the education i can get. i have signed up for a seminar called real estate investing & total asset protection. the tickets were $69.00 each but mine was free with the invitation (like i got the only free tickets). i know they are going to try to sell me something to recoup their investment for the seminar. do you advise going to these type seminars? :-)

Go with an open mind but buy only what you can afford. They seminar may help your research and point you to finding other things.
