Lease Option Listings In Detroit MI?
I have come across listings for properties that are for sale by lease option, however they are always for properties out of state. Does anyone know of any listings or companys that specialize in selling lease-option propeties in the Detroit MI area. Any info or leads would be appreciated. 8-)
Do a Google search for "Wendy Patton". She does lease options in the MI area. If you contact her office, they can point you to their web site where they post what's available.

There are a lot around. Our local investment groups have flyers out on them all the time. I can give you the names of them if you wish... E-mail me or let me know.
It strikes me that this is one of those cart before the horse kinda questions. Rather than search for L/O listings look for good deals however they are structured. The method of sale should be a function of what the buyer and seller want in essence it comes last, not first.
