Lease Option Course
I would like to invest in my first course. My only problem is that I live in Canada. Should I buy a course from the US? Matt Bowman offers a lease option E-course (E-Book) and a subject to E-course as well, which are Canadian with Canadian papers. What should I do…
I have Bowmans course. It was not my favorite. It did not cover the legal very well. Of the courses I have, my suggestion would be either Bill Bronchick(good for legal aspect) , or my favorite so far is John $Cash$ Locke. His is user friendly and gives you a step by step.

Does it really matter that im from Canada? I find whatever I read I pick it apart and always wonder "Hows it done in Canada" It makes the infermation overload that much harder.
