Lease Option Contract Needed For Michigan And Chicago-Urgent
Good afternoon,
Does anyone have a great LO contract for me to use in Michigan and Chicago to avoid any issues? I want as many benefits on my side of the (the leasee)...
The home does require some repairs
1. Get enough option money to cover the vacancies.
2. Secure the deed. Have seller deed into trust or have seller escrow the deed with instructions to deliever upon final payment.
