L/O With Agent Involved?
hello everyone,
I'm looking at doing a L/O on a multi-family (3 units - 2 buildings). I want to make 3 different offers (and $$) to the seller but there is a Broker involved.
The question I have is how can I get the broker paid? I havent had any luck asking agents to take a note (havent asked this one)for their $$. maybe I'm not making the offer sweet enough? was hoping to get a few ideas that I can go work up. His $$ will be around 9k. I'm looking to keep the porperty and would like to keep my $$ for upgrades in the one unit.
