How To Fine That Moviated Seller

JeanWard profile photo

Hello,

My name is Jean, and I'm please to be on your site. I have several questions to ask.
I have found a buyer that has agreed to the lease option deal, because their credit is not good, and lease option would be best for them right now because of credit problems. The lease option deal will give the buyer a chance to clear up their credit so in the end they will quailfy for a home. Now my question's... "Is how can I find that moviated seller ASAP now that I have a buyer? " What do I need to look for and how do I go about finding this quick motivated seller?" How do I approach the moviated seller once I find them?" Please help!!!!

Sincerely,
Jean Ward

You need to buy a course that goes over these details. Motivated sellers are caused by divorce, death, Job transfer, downsizing or loss of job, etc... Look for those, and you may find a deal. Look in your local paper for FSBO (for sale by owner) Call them and if one of those situations comes up as a reason for selling, you may be able to work the deal.
