    A Lease and Option combined for the Seller. A separate Lease and Option for your Tenant/Buyer. Plus some other less important paperwork.

    Can you please explain the logic behind just one contract with the seller (and not seperate Lease and Option).
    Regarding the wordings is the foll correct:
    Landlord/ Tenant on Lease
    Seller/ Buyer on Option

    Because it grants you equitable interest. No, you would use the terms Optionor and Optionee. You would not want Buyer or Seller anywhere on there.
