i have a house that i rent out with utitlities included in the rent. the renters are 30 days past due and have been sent a notice. can i have the utitlities turned off out of my name??
Each state/county could be different but I HIGHLY doubt you can do that legally.
In my opinon at this point you should start the eviction proceedure or pay the people to leave. Proabably cost you less money, time and aggravation in the long run.
I STRONLY encourage you to go to the property and sit down and talk with them just to find out what is going on.
