NEED FAST answer/sale before trustee sale
I just got a call from people who are scheduled for a trustee sale on their house on March 12th---we only have 4 days instead of 5 before the sale.
My question is if they had an offer on their house tomorrow (maybe with todays date on it) would that stop the sale or delay it? What would be the proceedure--would I talk to the beneficiary (with an auth to release from sellers) or would they tell them that they have an offer?
They owe 78k are behind 68k---house appraised for a re-fi about 30 days ago for 280k.
