lawful liens

I have a mobile home storage lot. I started this lot with evicted and abandonded homes. I need to know what type of lien I need to file to collect my money for removal of home and storage fees. mad

    Welcome.

In almost every state mobile homes are not considered Real Estate unless they have been "attached" to Real Estate. If yours is a storage space they would not be "attached." Since they are considered personal property, like an automobile, you will have to check your states statutes for you answer.

Usually, from the laws in my state, they have X number of days to settle with you. Then you would have to post a "publice notice" that you were having a sale of the item(s) to cover all costs. But, again, you would have to check your states statutes. Good luck.
