Land Trust Forms

 profile photo

I'm looking to put any aquired props into lands trusts, and would like to locate the necessary documents, for Arizona if they are state-specific.

Q2: Is a land trust complicatied enough to need a laywer? It doesn't seem so to me, but I'm not a fan of "dumb money saved" either.

Thanks!
Ted

Since, apparently, you are not law savvy enough, at this time, to even know where to find legal forms (law library, internet, book stores, etc.) or how to use them when found, I'd say talking to a lawyer would be a good investment for you.

After you do form a trust or two you'll probably be a lot more proficient and maybe not need a lawyer for every deal.

I have set up llcs, lps and family trusts. I have never had occasion of seek out legal forms, as I have had a singular source for them. That source does not contain land trusts, therefore I need to locate them. Any links or suggestions?

Are there any tips I should know about in setting up a land trust?

****Must Reach Freshman Investor status before posting URL's*** has forms sorted by state therefore they should meet the legal requirements there...... they are about $20 for a downloadable/editable form
