How To Post A Lien?
How do you place a lien on a property? I paid earnest money to a seller for a proeprty. We both signed an agreement with contigencies in place. After due dilligence we discovered that the preoperty had some issues(another story). now the seller is ignoring our requests for our earnest money back. How do I place a lien on the property?I am in Georgia BTW.
