I am looking for a good way to get comps in Northeast PA. but have had no luck. Prefer not to use a realtor. Have tried a number of the internet services but the area info. is poor or not available. Can you help? Thanks
You can track sales yourself. Go to the recorder of Deeds ask to see the documents on recent sales, Most places have transfer stamps that are a function of the sales price. Keep records.
