Can I Foreclose On Someone Out Of Country?
I am in Texas and am owner financing my property to someone who lives in canada. They are using this property for investment purposes. If things hit the fan do you know if I will have any problems foreclosing on them since they are out of country? or is it just the same as if they lived here in the US.
