Seller has 10 duplexes and 1 house for sell 2 out of 10 rented 1out of 10 remodeled . 1 House and 9 duplexes need repair or remodeled, house really bad shape need advise on offer. Have appraise and taxes records and rent. need help or advise in REI :-?
I think you'll get more help if you provide some of the numbers. What are the appraised values? Repair estimates? Asking prices? Rental income? ARV values? etc.
And if it's the same seller. You should expect a discount if buying all at once.
