I Need An Investor
I need an investor to buy my property - How do I find one that is serious, instead of telling me they want the property and cancelling the day before closing since they did not find a buyer. I've been taken once on this and do not have a lot of time to waste . Any advice on finding a serious investor. Thanks Cindy Pruitt :wow:
