Will Current Housing Rates Have An Effect On Wheter Or Not I'll Get My Home Back?
Sorry for the long subject line. At any rate I have just learned that a house I walked away from 2 years ago almost can still be mine. I called them because I wanted to find out what I owed on it because I still wanted to persue home ownership, they said they were glad I called and needed a hardship letter from me and all my job information and they would try to work with me to get my house back. WOW! I was amazed. Anyway they have already tried to auction the house twice and no one wanted it it so does this make my chances greater that they will work with me? And also how so many house are for sale right now and no one is buying does this make my chances better? well you know with the lower intrest rates and all that? Thank you!!!!
