What Do You Think Will Happen In The Future Real Estate Market???
I just wanted to get everyones opinion of real estate in the future and the future of real estate investing. What do you think?
(more foreclosure, more renting, less buyers more renters, more rehabs, more multifamily units, etc)
Not just foreclosures, basically the entire market.

If we look at history in any time period to the present day it has always been the rule. I really don't see a change.
