Notice Of Defaults
I am a new real estate agent. Two title companies send me a list of NOD's www.daily.I need to know where to go or what to do to utilize this information. My broker and other experienced agents haven't a clue. It appears that real estate school only prepared me to pass an exam. I have $25,000 and I'm ready to get started. I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.

Your first step would be to get an education as a real estate investor.
You will need to use your Nod's list and make contact with the homeowners to see if they are motivated to sell.
You need to know the property market value and do a title search.
You need to know what you plan to do with the property.
