What Do You Make Of This???
I am searching on internet for foreclosures and I came across this and am not sure what might have happened The owner got a L/P in June 2003 a S/F judgement in July 2003 then an assignment of mortgqage in Sept 2003 On Nov 11 2003 a local real estate investor corp recordes a W/D Now is what I don't understand, There is an order on motion dated Nov 14 and Nov 17 to foreclose on the property this month Dec 2003 and goes to sale Wed Could that mean that the investor somehow got screwed up or that the property will just be taken off the list at the sale date ? I'm thinking that some recordings were just late and apparently no one pays attention?

Also , this gets me quite motivated, seeing for real, that this investor, whose car I have seen in my area , bought this house for $53K less than the SFJ!
