Maintenance Worker Wants Exchange For Rent. How Do I Protect Myself?
i have a maintenance guy who wants to rent an apt in exchange for rent. how do i protect myself and be in full control in case he fails to perform or i want to fire him etc.... is it better for me to have him as an independent contractor or as tenant or both?
