Title Company
Hello fellow investors and Happy Holidays I am back from my long journey {overseas- deployment}, so im trying to get back in the REI world. Are title companies the best route to take when it comes to REI ? Has anyone worked with a title company before ? Thank you I ASLO WANT TO THANK EVERYONE FOR SUPPORTING OUR TROOPS !!!!!!!!

If you are talking about getting preforeclosure information from title companies some will have it and some will not. I find this to be more local geographic than any thing else. It's like fishen, call several "throw in the hook" and see it they bite.
I find my best source is researching "Notices of Defaults" at the courthouse.

Also thank you for your insight greatly appreciated. I have spoke to my other LLC partners and they had spoke to a Title Company, they are using the company for Tax Liens , but they ae also looking into different avenues. Im keeping my eyes and ears open for the $$$ that's looking for an owner.
