Preforclosure Short Sales
we are in Lake county Il. My husband (an architect & GC) and I (interior designer) have been doing rehabs for clients. Many have mentioned short sales or prforeclosure sales, but when I ask about this they all change the subject. My husband and I both feel we have all the skills needed to be successful. at rehabbing and flipping but do not know how to go about purchasing these properties. What is the bst way to learn how to do short sales an preforclosures? I would appriciate advice. thank you .
