Pre-Foreclosure Tour
Can someone suggest a book I can buy or get at the library that will instruct me how to do preforeclosure. I want to follow certain instructions after I get the call from these people. What do I do next? What type of creative offer do I make/ Do do I stop foreclosure?...etc??

I have not come across a book in the library or book store that has impressed me when it comes to foreclosures or preforeclosures. There are lots of them out there that will tell you surface information for about $20 bucks!
I found that the best information can be bought from investors that are "out in the real world" investing in what they are writing about. This information is significantly more expensive, but it gives you all of the real world nuts and bolts on how to work a deal in todays market!
Look on the shop tab for books, study courses and seminars that can be bought here on this subject. You might also check into Ron Legrands Foreclosure infor or something from Jeff Kaller "Mr Preforeclosure. Dont be afraid to invest money in your learning experience as an investors!
