Guy's, Do we all know about the daily journal of commerce every major city has one and they will deliver it to your door daily. It lists all of the people going into forclosure daily about 20-80 per day in my area also listed is all the relative info about the owners, property, past due payments, equity who needs to birddog pick the cream of the crop and go for it. I have never heard of anyone admitting they use it. Maybe it was a big secret OOPS!
