If anyone in North Carolina/ Durham/Raleigh county Or Zebulon, NC please let me know. I have a deal over there and the home owner is moving away would like me to purchase it at 80%+ market value. Appraised in july 7 for $265,000 and willing to sell it to me for $212,000. The house is brand new just built, 4 bd, 2.5 bths, 2 cars garage, 2 porches, and more features.
I'm willing to flip it to an other cash investor there.
