Looking For Investors For Pre-Foreclosed Properties (Nor Cal - San Jose Bay Area)
Does anyone have ideas on where to find a roledex full of investor contacts?
I am new to REI and am most interested in pre-foreclosed properties (REO's are crazy in the Bay Area). There are quite a few properties between the Bay Area and the Western Central Valley that I would like to contact to discuss options. However, I don't know any investors so even if I could find a deal, I couldn't do a deal. So, I have several questions:
1) like I said above, anyone want to share their roledex?
2) should I find a deal first then find an investor?
3) should I bank investors then find deals?
I am willing to do all the legwork, make any repairs to the property (if necessary), and assist with the sale (no, I'm not a realtor... just sold a couple houses for myself).
Any suggestions, please let me know. I would like to begin sending letters or making personal contact with several of the property owners by early next week (approx. Oct 1, 2003).

I'm confused. In your other post you say your name is lori. Is it elizabeth or lori?
