    What are the details?

    Is this a cash deal?

Is your purchase from the homeowner or at auction?

Sorry the old crystal ball has been foreclosed on! "Just a joke".

    Details help with getting answers.

can you give me some advice as far as where to start then? for a begginer which is the easiest way to start?

the easiest way to start is to read and learn before you invest. read as much as you can on this site. it will direct you in the right direction. you have plenty of time use it to learn. ....km

Right, read as much as you can here but since you're in California I recommend also reading California specific information because we have our own way here as mandated by the Civil code.

I also recommend Ward Hanigan's 3-day training and Bruce Norris's foreclosure course (and all his other courses for that matter, they're excellent).

I can't stress it enough. California is special so get general foreclosure information then get California specific stuff. A lot of investors make costly mistakes that could have been avoided with a little reading or training.

    Good luck.
