For those multi-talented Stock and RE investors, is there a way to take stock profits and put in rei's without having to pay the capital gains on the stock profit? Thanks!

No, you have to pay cap gains on stock sale to move $$$. But you can hold on to tax $$$ until 4-15-04... You can use stock losses to wipe out RE investment gains... just make sure you are using short term vs short term... please consult your accountant he knows your specific tax sitution and particular state and fed laws
