Have Questions How To Get Started With Pre-foreclosures In Nyc
1) give steps i need to get started going after preforeclosures
2) can u recommend marketing materials that the sales copy already done for me that i can use to launch a marketing campaign ranging from knocking on doors to mailing letters and postcards,etc
willing to develop my own but need direction on creating the sales copy on initial letters, follow up letters
3) any service that will help me setting this up or book i can read that is detailed in this area
4) would like to get hold of some reports or create them myself that can be offered for FREE to people facing foreclosure that will tell educate them on all their options on how to save their property ranging from hard money lenders, creative ways to have someone else buy the property then turn it back to them, selling it outright to me, etc
5) not sure if offering free reports is the best way to establish a relationship to keep my self TOP-OF-MIND with the prospect or just simple postcards with a ass kicking headline and sales copp reminding them that i am here to buy their property outright what is your thought on this
