Getting REO Listings From The Major Lenders
I am with a realty company in the Milwaukee area and I am trying to find a way to get into listing the REO prperties that major lenders have for sale. I know that eventually these listings go to an agent and brokerage and I want to play in that arena if possible. Any help that you can provide would be great!!!!!! Thanks so much!!
more large lenders have this info on there website.
However, they sell them one off, and not a bulk discount.
