the house is a 2 family apraised last year at $258,000.00 since then I remodled both apt. but now the house is going to be forclosed on ,I owe about 223,000.00 the house and it just went under a short sale for about $198,000 is anyone intreted in buying it for the short sale price ?new bedford mA 02745
