Hi

I am looking into buying a foreclosure at auction and may face having to evict the tenants. Has anyone gone through this? Do you know a rough idea of cost and amount of time it took? any info is helpful - Thanks! mj

    Each state is different!

Go to your local county courthouse and ask where you go to fill out the forms for eviction.

The clerk behind the desk will be able to answer all of your questions.

    Hope This Helps!

    "GenerallySpeaking"....if you can evict...

It will cost YOU about $200.00-$300.00 and about 6 weeks...

Here is where you should make sure you are in keeping wiht state law. evictions are a matter of course and cost between $50 for a notice etc. and $200 if you have to appear in court. More/less depending on the jurisdiction and who is handling it.
Contact the local landlord association and get their advice as to how to go about it.
I had a prominent attorney tell me once that due to their intimate involvement in the process they were more up to speed than most attorneys, seek them out, and copy their process.
