Buying Junior Leins Redemption Rights
Has anyone had any experience buying a Junior Leins redemption Rights and then trying to get the main lein holder (who has already purchase the house back at the auction) bargain on their payoff amount? I would appreciate any input, Thanks!!!!!!!
