Are all type of Mortgage unassumable or it varies from Lender to Lender ?? usual apologies for my ignorance ! Thx
Hi qwikm, Ever since the later 1980s, mortgages have become non-assumable. Fortunately, we in the investing world can still purchase properties “Subject to” the existing financing, which is almost as good as the old assumptions. Best of luck John (LV)
