Any Success With Federal Home Mortgage
Found a manufactured-vacant home that sits on 2.3 acres. Went to court house. Purchasers looks like they paid 138k back in 1996. WAMU got it back in 2002 and sold the paper to the Feds for 102k. Realtor has it listed for 117k. Would the Feds look at other offers--say in the 50-70k range?

Do you think they will have a problem selling for $117K or even $100K or even $90K? If you think the property is worth $100K or more, I am sure they will sell it for more than your top number. You know the area better than anyone in this board, what do you think?
