Tenants In Common Sale
Hello:
I am trying to figure out the eaxt financing when selling a 6 plex as a tenants in common. I have already 8 people interested, as the TIC price for one unit is very low ($159,000) and payment of the mortgage is covered by the current rent price (I am assuming the real estate tax is covered by the income tax advantages from wriiting off the interest and the depreciation.).
Who can help me get my money out when all six people have signed on the dotted line?
