2nd..3rd...4th Follow Up Letter Question
Greetings all:
I have come across quite a few different letter layouts for owners in pre-foreclosure. I have liked the idea of sending a lengthy letter that outlines a few options the owner might want to consider.
My question here is, is there anyone that uses a letter that is more than 1 page, what do you use as follow up letters such as 2nd...3rd...and so on follow up letters??(This is in addition to post cards).
Do you send the same lengthy 2-3 page letter? Same letter with a few sentence/word changes to up the tone of importance and time constraint? Or do you use a completely different, straight to the point and shortened letter?
