Questions About REO Notes
I always thought REO had the note removed after the home was repossed. I would like to start my REO package/note business. If you read one of my previous post you will see how an entire deal went awry, due to lack of an investor willing to respond to my calls. I am desperately asking for anyone who would be willing to help, or at least help find me a direct source to sell these REO packages, and find end-buyers? I know of a least one end buyer who buys a lot of packages in California.
Are REO packages assignable?
Is it better to have an LLC or corporation for this type of business?
