400 Acres Of Beachfront On Long Island Bahamas
I currently own 400 acres of beachfron property on the NE side of Long Island Bahamas. I am getting ready to build an exclusive hotel next to an incredible 1500 acre resort and airstrip next door. I am not very liquid at the time and I am interested in selling off the land in order to finance the hotel that i would like to build. I got the property several years back and i not interested in retiring with this land, but would consider a partner at $25k per acre or $10 million for the whole land package.
I have done a lot of preliminary due diligence and feasibility on the project and would be happy to share as much information with you as you would like. please pm me for info. I would post links to the neighboring developments as well as out projects, but as i am new, i dont believe i have that priviledge.

the project is just north of millerton. i am interested in ideas, that is why it is posted opn the creative investor. the thing is i do have money and i do have some solid interest. my issue is development moves slow in the bahamas and i have some big projects on the map and looking for investors / partners that are willing to wait a little longer for the bigger payday
