Paying The Minimum? Hurts Even More?
Hello All! I'm about to buy a property and I will have to max out a 15k credit card I have. I know that will hurt my Fico but what I would know is if paying the minimum will hurt it even more. What do you recommend? That I pay more than the minimum? I plan to pay it off as soon as I flip the property. Thanks!

That would be news to me. Since you are flipping the property, I doubt if it will make much difference, assuming you make your payments on time.
